+My first foray into investing happened in seventh grade when a parent who was a financial analyist gave a demo for our class and we all set up mock portfolios. I sat for interview with Apple 🍎 once in a suite with about six others where everyone kept checking their phones at the same time so I asked what they were checking. One of them just smiled and said "Apple Stock". It was my first investment and ever since then, I always try to match my hardware investments.

DFV ( Deep F*&k*ng Value ) - I don't know enough yet about financial analysis so I try to trust the analysts. I generally try to gauge the future and invest in companies that have strong value alongside of ethics and leadership. Because I don't want to keep an eye on it, I don't like short positions. I want stay diversified to provide a little absorption to the bumps. I don't want to read the news everyday. I don't believe in infinite growth and I have realistic expectations. I'm generally trying to beat inflation and I don't need my money to outlive me.
