26/03/23 - got some time next week and we've decided to go ahead and tackle the stove hood issue... mainly because we cooked a big batch of bacon the other day and the house smelled like it for two days. I'd previously stored the parts for it in quote from the vendor but since that's gone, I'm gonna put em here.
